Happy Tuesday to you!

Today's challenge is to MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU HAVE A HARD TIME CONQUERING AND ACCOMPLISH THEM.

For example, I have a hard time with sodium, strength training, and getting enough water. Those are the things I will be focusing on today.
