It is time for determining your JANUARY CARDIO MINUTES. How many minutes of cardio are you doing daily? How many is that in a week? How much is that for a month? Can you increase that for the month of JANUARY?
Many of us were faced with holiday food temptations. Increasing your exercise minutes for JANUARY is a great way to fight the "5lbs. holiday weight gain".
Your challenge today is to DETERMINE HOW MANY CARDIO MINUTES YOU CAN DO IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY. Make a pledge to yourself. You DESERVE to be healthy IN 2011. Don't put off until tomorrow, what you can do TODAY.
Were you with our team for the month of DECEMBER? How did you do with your DECEMBER cardio minutes? Did you meet or exceed your pledged minutes? Did you have hurdles that made you fall short? Lastly, make a note of how many minutes you want to accomplish in JANUARY. You can make a note of your minutes here, as well as on your calendar. Put a note in your gym bag. Put a sticky note in your closet by your walking/running shoes. YOU CAN DO THIS!
