We are going to work off any extra calories that we have consumed this week with a bit of fun cardio.
Your challenge today is to get moving and get in 25-45 min. of cardio. Some great ways to burn off calories can be:
*Turn up the music and dance away those calories (great for house cleaning when no one is watching) *Put on your headset and go for a walk or jog *Do some gardening (i.e. mow, pull weeds, rake leaves) *Play outside with the kids (soccer, throw a frisbee, play hopscotch, etc.) *Go for a bike ride *Take a new exercise class at the gym *Take the stairs instead of the elevator at work or to your apartment
Adding a little music to your cardio seems to make the time go by quickly and gives your mind something to do. Get out today and BUST A MOVE!
