It is MEASURE time! It's near the 15th of each month, we take our measurements. Keep track of your measurements as soon as you can to see how your are progressing. There are times when the scale is a "frustrating beast", but the tape measure can show you that you are indeed shrinking.

If you don't have a tape measure, just go online and type in your search engine "printable tape measure". You should be able to find many out there.

Suggested places to measure are:

*Neck
*Chest
*Bust
*Waist
*Hips
*Both thighs
*Both upper arms
*Wrists
*Calves

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
