Your challenge is to get in 3-5 EXERCISES. Where do you find a listing of Exercises that would be appropriate for your activity level (so glad you asked)? Go look under My Fitness, Add Strength Exercises. Pick 3-5 exercises that are challenging for you, but DON'T HURT YOURSELF.
Have you been doing strength training/core exercises for a while? If so, why not add one of the following: weights, resistance bands, medicine ball, or a stability ball? These pieces of equipment add a bit of variety (and additional challenges) to your workouts. Give them a try!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
