There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
Breathe in love & compassion.. Breathe out peace & forgiveness.

OK, so I only got in 11 cardio points...., but I did try Zumba last night for the first time and it was fabulous-well, if you like to "shake your booty". It was really fun. When you get 50-60 women ranging in age from 15-75 in a room doing zumba, what a hoot :)

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to try and get 24 Points of Cardio for the day. The longer you exercise today, the more points you accumulate. Remember, you don't need to do all of your cardio at once. Taking several walks throughout the day is a GREAT way to get in your cardio and adding up points.

Remember that cardio makes you sweat. Therefore, drink your water!!!

Have a MOTIVATING Monday!
