The first challenge is to find 3 people that are new or you haven't heard anything from in a while and post a comment on their page, send them a sparkmail or give them a goodie to let them know you are there for them.
The second challenge is to get try a new exercise. This can be anything from changing the pace at which you walk to setting a timer and turning on some music and dancing for a set amount of time. Basically, anything that is changing up what you are currently doing for exercise.
The third challenge is to take 15 to 30 minutes for you.....this can be anything: like a taking a long, hot bath, reading a good book, or even watching your favorite tv show (uninterrupted, if this is at all possible).

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
