Your challenge today is to EAT TWO HEALTHY SNACKS. Have one in the morning after your body has used the energy from your breakfast. Have a healthy snack during the late afternoon when your body is starting to get tired, and dinner won't be for a few hours.
Many folks swear by eating three smaller meals and two healthy snacks a day. Give it a try. You just might find out that this works beautifully with your hectic schedule.
