Happy Thursday to you!
1. It is that time again. Time to get out your measuring tape and see your progress. We take our measurements on this group the 15th of every month. It is a good idea to keep track of your measurements and compare them each month. As many of us know, the scale doesn't always show progress. However, the measuring tape can be your friend when the scale isn't "cooperating".
Examples of good places to measure are: *Neck
*Upper arms *Chest *Bust *Waist *Hips *Upper Thighs
*Wrists *Ankles
Were you with our group last month? Have you seen a change in your numbers? Please feel free to share with our group.
Remember: You don't have to post your measurements. Those are for your reference. Everyone is here to lose weight and become healthier. It doesn't matter what size we are now. We are ALL working towards becoming slimmer people. Focus on the journey, not the destination.
2. Is to track and manage your intake of water, food, protein, and exercise.
Share how you did in inches......
Have a great Thursday!!
“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
