There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Weekend to you !!

Weekends are a great time to take a leisurely walk with family and friends.

Can you squeeze in a few walks this weekend?

If the weather isn't agreeable, can you get to a local gym or mall and "stretch your legs"?


Remember to put on your pedometer too!

If you can't manage a walks this weekend can you fit in an exercise video or some cardio around the house?
