i did 45 min kettlebells.........

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Push mowed the ditch-it took 80 minutes-Whew!Included some squats for part of the session, too.

 Pounds lost: 46.9

i did it but i did 30 mins continuous cardio at a high intensity.Also i did ST for 15 mins.

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to tailor your cardio workout to your fitness level. If you are:

*New to Exercise - Try to get in 30 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a while (more than a month) - Try to get in 45 minutes of continuous cardio.

*Have been exercising for a long while - Try to get in 60 minutes of continuous cardio.

YOU CAN DO THIS! Remember to drink your water, have a nutritious snack afterwards (i.e. yogurt, banana, pumpkin seeds, etc.), and get in a cool down.

Have a FIT Wednesday!
