)Have a healthy breakfast -Yep

(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled" Cantaloupe!

(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed -done!

(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories -missed, this is my toughest thing to accomplish.

4)walked to work -90 cals burnt
treadmill 40 mins-200+ cals burnt

Happy Monday to you too LITA

(1)Have a healthy breakfast-Done

(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled"-Done i had raisins a small handful

(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed-Done

(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories-Done walked today to work ..also will exercise as usual for 45 to 50 mins hopefully..
