Tis the season for push mowing those ditch banks and pond edges...I figure I've got about 4 hours worth to get it all done.
Planning on spreading it out over a couple of days with local temps 90-100-whew!
Think I might accomplish my 10,000 doing this!

Happy Tuesday!!!

Strap on your pedometer - We are going WALKING!

Your challenge today is to put on your pedometer and try to get in 10,000 or more steps.

If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk or you can use a time method of measure. It takes about 1 hour to walk about 5 miles at a moderate speed.

This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the week.
