Slow & steady makes a winner of us. Even if we hit pitfalls, get up. Know that a new day is right around the corner.
Try to be all that you can be. Work at it a day at a time.

"Be not afraid of going slow; be afraid if standing still" (Chinese Proverb)

With God all things are possible.

If you have the courage to begin, you have the courage to succeed.

Happy Weekend to you!

You strive each day to eat right, exercise, sleep enough, and drink your water. However, do you count the "little things"?
Did you know that you can get Spark Points for marking off items on your "Other Goals" section?

Other Goals are things that you add to your days.
These are items that you really want to achieve by the closing of each day.
For example, on my Other Goals, I have:

*Drink water
*Make Bed
*Take Multi-Vitamin
*Exercise at least 20 minutes
*Straighten House
*Praise/encourage family members
*Catch up on e-mails

You can tailor your Other Goals area to fit your lifestyle.

Your challenge this weekend is to REVIEW YOUR OTHER GOALS AREA AND ACHIEVE EVERYTHING ON YOUR LIST.
Make this a motivational area for you. Treat it as a daily "To Do List" with the added bonus of getting Spark Points when they are completed.
Make sure to check off the items that you have completed daily. Those points add up!

Have a SPARK POINTS Weekend
