Oh ! i wasn't able to do it coz my muscles are still sore from the squats challenge i have taken...walking alone has become an effort...so maybe tomorrow i will complete this backlog...

Okay, got up early and rode my bike on my indoor trainer. I burned about 500 calories! Glad that is over! emoticon

My fiance and I are going dancing tonight (traditional scottish country dancing) which really lets you work up a sweat, so that shouldn't be a problem.
