When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

EAT AT LEAST 1 FRUIT OR VEGETABLE WITH EVERY MEAL.

Ways to get in your fruits and vegetables (it is recommended that you get at least 5 a day) are:

*Fruit smoothie
*Vegetable juice
*Vegetable soup
*Fruit or vegetable salad
*Grilled or steamed vegetables
*Tossing in vegetables into an omelet, pasta, or rice dish
*Fruit sorbet

These are just a few ideas. There are tons of recipes in the Spark recipe area. Found a great recipe that includes lots of fruits and/or vegetables?
