i did spinning x30min
treadmill x 30min and circuit training for 1 hr.......

Hi !Happy Monday to you too...i really needed your challenge to pull me out of my stress coz i did not work out yesterday coz of some issues at home.i am feeling so bad about it and i was practically going to take a break today too...so upset i am.
Anyways i will try to accomplish this too hopefully as i always remember your challenge.

Strap on your pedometer - We are going WALKING!

Your challenge today is to try to get in 10,000 or more steps.

If you don't have a pedometer, that is roughly a 5 mile walk or you can use a time method of measure. It takes about 1 hour to walk about 5 miles at a moderate speed.

This is a great way to burn off the extra calories we consumed over the weekend.
