“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Happy Monday to you!

Ever have those times in your day when you just feel "blah"? That is your body trying to tell you that you are running on empty.

Your challenge today is to KEEP YOUR BLOOD SUGAR GOING. Can you:

*Eat a healthy breakfast?
*Have 2 healthy snacks?
*Eat lots of fruits & veggies?

The trick to keeping your body from feeling low is to feed it throughout the day (many folks have 3 smaller meals and 2 healthy snacks). How will YOU do today?

Have a FANTASTIC Monday everyone!
