DRASADAF..you are gaining weight because you are forming muscle and muscle weight more than fat....your muscle will burn more fat.you watch and see............this is the time to keep on......keeping on...........and not give up as you are on the verge of a good weight loss.....

My challenge is to do 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week- I struggle getting my cardio in :( :( emoticon emoticon

My challenge will be to lose 5 pounds this month...i am amazed as to whatever i am doing i am gaining weight ...for instance i eat within the cal limit for me and exercise 30mins per day but i am still gaining weight emoticon
