I tried a new chicken recipe for my family,also i exercised at a higher speed than usual...
No TV that's not possible for me i need to watch TV, even if for 1/2 an hr.

i tried a different deep water class today and also trying a new recipes with pork and yams

I did go swimming today for the first time and swim 1 mile. It took me 45 minutes and I ended up in the same pool. That's one of the reasons why I don't enjoy swimming. Takes too long to get anywhere.

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to try something NEW TO YOU! It can be really anything. Today is about "mixing it up" a bit and trying something altogether different. Suggestions of NEW TO YOU could be:

*Try a new food
*Try a new exercise
*Try a new recipe
*Try a new way of doing your exercise (i.e. add weights, go a different route, etc.)
*Try eating small meals instead of 3 main meals
*Try a new Spark team to join
*Try a night of NO TELEVISION
*Try reading a new website featuring health issues (WebMD, etc.)

What can YOU do that is NEW today? Give it a try. If you complete this challenge, share with the group what you tried. You just might inspire others to try it too!
