There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I got around 2.5 hours of exercise today since I spent the day shopping and walked around 6 miles in the process.
Still working on the water.
Hoping to get to bed at a reasonable time today.

hrmmmm lets see

water.....can do

30 min. exercise......check! already done :)

the 8 hours of sleep......not so much lol. I got 6 hours, interuppted by 30 min. of feeding the baby.
