Your challenge today is to WORK YOUR CORE. You can do any of the following:
*Get in 3-5 core exercises from the Spark Fitness area
*Use 3-5 pieces of gym equipment that works your core
(you can also use a balance ball, weights, or bands at home)
*Take a fitness class that works your core (i.e. kickboxing, Turbo Jam, martial arts, etc.)
*Play a sport that works your core
*Do a workout video that works your core
