When you post to a board, many folks click on your photo and read your Sparkpage.
I am sure you have done it too.
You find a picture or post that is interesting and click to learn more about that person.

Your challenge today is to update your Sparkpage. If you haven't started your page, GET TO IT!
Folks want to know about you.
Already have a Sparkpage going? GREAT!

Today you can:

*Add a new picture
*Add a favorite saying, song lyrics, etc. that inspire you
*Add to your journal entry (or start one)
*Post your goals for the coming year
*Tell folks what you love about Spark

The idea is to share something of yourself. It is nice to journal on a regular basis and go back and see how things were for you in the beginning.

Once you have updated your page, see if you can find a few folks on Spark that you admire (i.e their outlook, weight loss, etc.) and post on their page.
EVERYONE needs a boost to morale now and then.

Take some time today and update your page.

You will be glad that you did!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
