today
1-i did the toneand fit sp video i just got
2-i made these chcocolate cookies from dr oz (40 calories)
3- have been all over the web today looking for information for people

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Today I did the following new(to me)things:
tried a new food (edamame)
tried a new exercise(some Pilates poses)
tried a new recipe (Chocolate/Coconut Bread Pudding)

It was fun!

Happy Tuesday to you!

Your challenge today is to try something NEW TO YOU! It can be really anything. Today is about "mixing it up" a bit and trying something altogether different. Suggestions of NEW TO YOU could be:

*Try a new food
*Try a new exercise
*Try a new recipe
*Try a new way of doing your exercise (i.e. add weights, go a different route, etc.)
*Try eating small meals instead of 3 main meals
*Try a new Spark team to join
*Try a night of NO TELEVISION
*Try reading a new website featuring health issues (WebMD, etc.)

What can YOU do that is NEW today? Give it a try. If you complete this challenge, share with the group what you tried. You just might inspire others to try it too!
