*Make Your Lunch
*Avoid drive-thru food
*Avoid the vending machines
*Plan ahead by using your crock pot

Above are a few ways to AVOID FAST FOODS. Today, your challenge is to try to avoid: fried, overly processed flour, high in sodium, high in salt, high in fat foods. You know the type....the ones that we have been eating for years that have made us want to START TAKING OUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY.

Who can plan ahead and eat healthy meals and snacks today WITHOUT seeking out "junk food"? YOU CAN DO IT!

Have a FANTASTIC Thursday and don't forget to drink your water!
