Wooohooo! We made it to the end of the week!

Your challenge today is: GO FASTER, HARDER, OR LONGER!

If you are doing strength training today, can you:

1) Use a bit more weight?
2) Do a few more reps?

If you are doing cardio training today, can you:

1) Go farther than you usually do?
2) Go longer than you usually do?
3) Go faster than you usually do?

Today is all about pushing yourself just a bit more than normal. YOU CAN DO IT!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
