Today's challenge is one of my least favorites: WATCH OUT FOR SALT! The foods we eat often have hidden sodium in them. Your challenge today is to stay within your sodium level.
Watch out for hidden salt in:
*"Diet" pre-packaged meals
*Deli & Lunch meats
*Canned vegetables & fruits
Remember folks: READ YOUR LABELS!
