yep, I track it daily. I am amazed at how hard it is to stay within my limit. A bit scary to tell you the truth!

I do track sodium- I strive to go no higher then 1500mg per day- a challenge many days. When you start tracking it you will be surprised the amount hidden in foods.

emoticon Yes, I track and I am almost always over without adding salt to anything. Unbelievable as to how much sodium there is naturally in foods as well as the processing and preserving. Even if you wash your product before prepping, it is hard to keep it down. Good luck to all in this venture!

Happy Monday to you!

Today's challenge is one of my least favorites: WATCH OUT FOR SALT! The foods we eat often have hidden sodium in them. Your challenge today is to stay within your sodium level.

Watch out for hidden salt in:

*Pickles
*Soy Sauce
*"Diet" pre-packaged meals
*Deli & Lunch meats
*Soups
*Canned vegetables & fruits
*Baked goods

Remember folks: READ YOUR LABELS!

Do you track your sodium???
If so what was your level today???

Have a FANTASTIC Monday everyone!
