Thanks Lita,
I did not wake up today so skipped the gym in the morning, which really works best for me. And then, I am going to be home at 7:00, I think, but I will go now that I told you that I will.
Will keep you posted.

Your challenge today is to do 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Your exercise could be as easy as walking, or as tough as a kickboxing class. The idea is to move your body, and burn calories for 30 continuous minutes.
