I did well, worked out on both days, ate right and tracked everything!

Have been missing in action after an exceptionally busy week at the hospital.
My weekend challenge is getting back on track with:
- working out
- tracking food

Happy Weekend to you!

What is YOUR PERSONAL CHALLENGE? Do you have a hard time getting in your fruits/vegetables?
Do you have a hard time getting in all your water?
Do you have a hard time getting in strength training?

Your challenge this Weekend is to tackle the area that you have a hard time with (mine is sodium & strength training). It could be:

*Answering your Sparkmail and/or Goodies
*Logging in all your food
*Food related (i.e. getting enough calcium, etc.)
*Exercise related (strength/cardio)
*Attitude related (continually focussing on negatives instead of recognizing your triumphs)

Feel free to share what area you struggle with. Give that area extra attention this Weekend.
