When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Got 35 mins on the eliptical and 15 mins on the Stair Step machine, and strength training as well...

Planning on a 45 min WATP after work, but actually got up and did a 15 min WATP video this morning.
For me, this was huge-I am NOT a morning person!!

Your challenge today is to do 30 MINUTES OF CONTINUOUS CARDIO EXERCISE. Your exercise could be as easy as walking, or as tough as a kickboxing class. The idea is to move your body, and burn calories for 30 continuous minutes.
