HappyWeekend to you!

Your challenge this weekend is to find 5 different Sparkers and send them an encouraging message. It could be a welcome message. It could be "you are an inspiration to me" message. It could be a "I am here for you if you need someone to talk to" message.

Where can you find Sparkers to send messages to? How about:

*Visit Message Boards under Community (example: Introduce Yourself board, etc.)

*See All Recent Blogs under Community, Spark Pages

*Visit Spark pages through the Community link

*Go to any Spark Team home page and scroll down to see recent blog entries

*Read any entry on a Spark Team and click on "Send Private Message" to any member that has responded to a post

Remember, although we don't "know" each other, we are ALL here for the SAME REASON - To Get Healthier!

SHARE your experiences here and tell us what you did.................

Have a FANTASTIC WEEKEND!

“There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.”

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
