There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I didn't burn 300 calories Friday. However, I finally started tracking my fitness again, every day this week. I did burn over 1000 calories this week, anyway.

I burned 307 calories by doing 30 minutes of low impact aerobics. My plan is to work up to 45 minutes of aerobics. I have to take it 5 minutes at a time because my rheumatoid arthritis rebels if I overdo.

Happy Friday to you!


Your challenge today is to burn off AT LEAST 300 CALORIES. Get moving! Here are some suggestions that can get your body on the move:

*Take the stairs instead of the elevator
*Park your car far out in the parking lot
*Walk or take your bike to work or school
*Walk on your lunch break or after dinner
*Go to the gym
*Do strength exercises while you are waiting for a commercial to end

You get the idea - GET MOVING and BURN 300 CALORIES!
You can do it!
