burned 1275 today.......with circuit training,treadmill and walking...........+the water abd vitamins too

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Burned 300 calories by walking 30 minutes at 1 mile per 15 minutes.

I drank 8 glasses of water and took my vitamins. Thanks for the challenge, Lita!
