When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

*Convenience meals...?

Totally foreign foods for me these days...about the most flour I get is from my occasional Flatout wrap. This kind of food triggers binging for me and I stay far, far away from them!

Happy Wednesday to you!

Your challenge today is to not eat processed white flour or sugar. Most pre-packaged foods are laden with these "nutritional villains". Where do they hide? In foods like:

*Cereals
*Energy drinks
*Pastries
*Pre-sweetened beverages
*Convenience meals

Remember to READ YOUR LABELS! Try substituting your white bread for whole grain. Try oatmeal instead of sweetened cereal. Try sugar substitute instead of spoonfuls of white sugar.
