When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

I've walked on the treadmill today; lots burned.
porridge for breakfast
grapes, 2 x oranges and 1 x beetroot (I'm about to have a salmon salad for dinner and some stewed apples and cherries)
treat of the day; 1x gingerbread latte from Starbucks (skimmed milk and no whipped cream... oooh)
