(2)Have at least one healthy snack to keep your body "fueled"
A couple of apples are handy and ready for snacks...been trackin' the snackin'...CHECK!
(3) Measure & notate ALL food consumed
At long last, YES, I'm using the nutrition tracker and surprising myself by how much I'm actually enjoying what years ago was such drudgery!
(4) Do something physical that burns AT LEAST 200 calories
Ugh! Overslept...my treadmill awaits for when I get home from work later today. YET to Check! :-)
(5) take your vitamins
First thing every day...CHECK!
