This weekend's a 2 DAY MINI CHALLENGE. Are you up to it?
1 Get your exercise....do 30 minutes of cardio exercise each day.
2 Spread the spark and help motivate your team mates. Post a comment, send a spark mail, give a goodie. Your words may inspire someone.
3 Track your food and exercise....try to stay within your ranges. Be sure to take your vitamins, drink your water
4 Do something for yourself....read a book, watch a tv show, take a long, hot bath. The point is to relax....so do what relaxes you for at least 1 hour.
5 Make some time for the ones you love and care about. Call a family member, cuddle in front of the tv with your spouse, hug your children....you get the idea. Let the ones you love know that you love them.....the small things really do matter.
Your challenge is to complete 3 or more of the above and then post what challenges you did and share some of the details....you never know you may give someone else an idea that they didn't think of.
