Your challenge today is to PUSH TO CRUNCH! Get in:
*25 to 3o push-ups
*25 to 30 crunches
Whatever your level you can modify these exercises to fit your level of fitness. Refer to the Spark Fitness area for suggestions (i.e. wall push-ups, reverse crunches, etc.). Don't forget you can even break it up into sets of 15, 10 or even 5.
