*Drink Vegetable, carrot, or tomato juice (watch for the low sodium kind)
*Saute some into your omelette
*Add them to your sandwich
*Have a cup of vegetable soup
*Toss them into your rice or pasta dish
*Have a big salad
*Grill them on your barbecue
