Okay, I might be recovered enuf from Monday. Did 10min of Pilates abs workout - After I'd done a 10min 'core fusion' abs workout. It's mostly laying on your back with your feet up against the wall. Most of the movements were static - holding position is harder than it sounds!

Okay, I think I can do more abs Thursday.

Happy Thursday to you!

Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES WITH CRUNCHES.

I am leaving the amount and intensity up to you for this challenge. I would like to see each and every one of us do AT LEAST 25 CRUNCHES. Feel free to modify them (i.e. reverse crunches, bent knee, wearing a weighted vest, etc.)

The trick with doing stomach exercises is to DO THEM SLOWLY and ACCURATELY. Take your time with these exercises and make sure you are doing them correctly.

How many can you do today?
