Your challenge today is to WORK OUT YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES WITH CRUNCHES.
I am leaving the amount and intensity up to you for this challenge. I would like to see each and every one of us do AT LEAST 25 CRUNCHES. Feel free to modify them (i.e. reverse crunches, bent knee, wearing a weighted vest, etc.)
The trick with doing stomach exercises is to DO THEM SLOWLY and ACCURATELY. Take your time with these exercises and make sure you are doing them correctly.
