Your challenge today is UPPER, CORE, LOWER...(exercises that is).
Can you do TWO strength training exercises for each area?
*You will be working your arms, chest, and shoulders for UPPER.
*You will be working your "trunk" (i.e. back, stomach, hips, bottom) for your CORE.
*You will be working your legs for LOWER.
You say you are scheduled for cardio today? No problem! Figure out what area your cardio is in (i.e. jogging would be LOWER, etc.) and then just make up the other areas with strength training.
As we slim down, our body needs to "adjust" to our new shape. Toning up our body makes us appear slimmer. Having a toned body also looks great in a swimsuit or tank top!

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
