There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world

Will be nailing my ST later tonight as although I'm "scheduled" to do them on Tues. I see clients then, which places me home by 8:30...which is too late to bother for me. So I'll often get them out of the way on Monday. Dumb bells, resistance bands and wall pushups 3 x weekly...here they come! :-)

Happy Monday to you!

How was your weekend? Did you stay busy? Did you get in any exercise? How did you do on eating healthy foods? Well, today IS A NEW DAY!

Your challenge is to get in 3-5 EXERCISES. Where do you find a listing of Exercises that would be appropriate for your activity level (so glad you asked)? Go look under My Fitness, Add Strength Exercises. Pick 3-5 exercises that are challenging for you, but DON'T HURT YOURSELF.

Have you been doing strength training/core exercises for a while? If so, why not add one of the following: weights, resistance bands, medicine ball, or a stability ball? These pieces of equipment add a bit of variety (and additional challenges) to your workouts. Give them a try!
