Not sure, but I thought that normal tea and coffee acted as diuretics. Green tea is great.

I've heard various opinions on this one. But from what I understand liquid is liquid. I do count the coffee's as a cup of water. My body knows how to get the water out of the coffee I drink :)
Course I drink black coffee. Do people add the sugar and cream/milk to their daily intake?

When you are keeping track of the water you drink, can you also count coffee and tea in there. Do you count it as 1/2 cup coffee = one cup of water or is it cup for cup?
Thanks Joan
