Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to: GET ACTIVE with Family, friends, and co-workers. We are seeing our communities getting more and more overweight. We work hard and play hard, but forget to exercise hard.

Take today and get moving with family, friends, or co-workers. Play a game outside with the kids Go for a bike ride. Ask a co-worker to go for a walk at lunch. Invite a friend to your gym as a guest.

Show those around you that you care for their health by encouraging them to GET MOVING with you.

Have a FANTASTIC Monday!

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
