Wow, that's almost more challenging than trying to get in 30 min of cardio--sounds great!

Your challenge today is to get in 30 MINUTES OF PEACE & QUIET. That is 30 minutes of uninterrupted silence and rest. You could use it to:

*Sit on your porch or kitchen table with a cup of tea or coffee
*Curl up in a corner and read a book
*Take a nap
*Put on soothing music and "zone out"
*Meditate
*Do yoga

Take 30 minutes out of your day to get your thoughts in order and to RELAX. Believe me, you will be able to handle the rest of the day better if you do.

There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And
maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
