Hehe, cans like those refried beans that I bent doing Jillian's plank rows! I even modified the plank rows, did them on my knees instead of my toes.

Happy Monday to you!

Your challenge today is to get in THREE exercises (with adequate repetitions for your fitness level) using any of the following:

*Stability Ball
*Exercise Bands
*Weights

If you do not have weights, you can always use full bottles of water, soup cans, or a bag or rice or beans. The goal is to firm up our body. Summer is just around the corner! You have been working on eating healthier. Now, let's work on toning and getting fit!
