Already got my treadmill time in, 36 mins.
Drippy here today, so doubt I'll be able to get much more in...!

walking is great- unfortunately today it'll have to be indoors- the rain has returned to long island for another round- i think we really live in the pacific northwest this year!
Thank you again, L*I*T*A*, for all your persistance in motivating and encouraging us!!! This is another good one!
Happy Thursday to you!
Many people think that exercise means heading to the gym or running numerous miles. However, one of the best exercises (that doesn't jar your joints & bones) is WALKING. Walking is: free, easy to do, and can be done wherever you are, at any time of day.
Your challenge today is to WALK. You can either get in a leisurely stroll with family, friends, or co-workers OR get on your "game face" and really pump your arms and burn some calories. However you decide to walk, YOU ARE BURNING CALORIES. Enjoy the scenery. Listen to soothing music or a book on tape. Get some exercise AND have fun.
Have an EXCURSION FILLED Thursday!
