I don't love water. I don't love doctored up water, either. But I drink it-consider it a really cheap medicine....I think I am definitely in that 37%. I could go days without a glass of water before beginning Spark. Bottoms up and working on my 64 for the day!
Think about this, also: as one wanders down the beverage aisle of your local supermarket and see countless choices of beverages sprawling as far as you can see, there is really only one beverage we truly ever need...WATER!
I love simplifying my life by sticking to water as my one and only beverage, beyond my morning cup of black coffee...lol...!

We all know that water is important for survival. It helps make our skin glow and keeps our body running smoothly. So....today's challenge is about WATER!
Can you get in AT LEAST 8 glasses of water today? Keep a jug of water close by (i.e. on your desk, on the kitchen counter, on the coffee table, in your gym bag) and sip on it all day long.
THINGS TO THINK ABOUT:
*75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated.
*In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is often mistaken for hunger.
*Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
*According to a Washington University study, one glass of water will shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters
*Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
*Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
*A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
*Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, slashes the risk of breast cancer by 79%, and decreases the risk of bladder cancer by 50%.
YOU CAN DO THIS!
Have a SATISFYINGLY SOAKED Wednesday!
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses; only results.
When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
