I ran hills and 3 miles, at my 13 mile pace-not sure how many calories it was, but I'm sure it was close!

Your challenge today is to BURN 450 CALORIES THROUGH CARDIO. Remember: You do not have to burn all of these calories at once. Feel free to make several work outs throughout your day. You can walk on your lunch break, and go to the gym after work. However try your best to burn 450 calories.
