Today's challenge is to throw in some UNPLANNED EXERCISE. This is where you take "down time" throughout your day and turn it into "exercise time".
Some examples are:
*While waiting for your coffee/tea to brew, do some squats *While brushing your teeth, do some hamstring curls *While waiting for the kid's bus to arrive, do some toe raises *While waiting for your copies to get done, do some bicep curls *While reading your e-mail, do some sitting tummy crunches *While waiting in traffic, do some gluteus squeezes *While making dinner, do some wall push-ups *When a commercial comes on television, try to do two plank exercises
As the saying goes: "Use your time wisely!"
