I am off work, so basically ALL my exercise is unplanned, but I will definitely be getting some! Thanks again for your challenges!!!

Today's challenge is to throw in some UNPLANNED EXERCISE. This is where you take "down time" throughout your day and turn it into "exercise time".
Some examples are:
*While waiting for your coffee/tea to brew, do some squats
*While brushing your teeth, do some hamstring curls
*While waiting for the kid's bus to arrive, do some toe raises
*While waiting for your copies to get done, do some bicep curls
*While reading your e-mail, do some sitting tummy crunches
*While waiting in traffic, do some gluteus squeezes
*While making dinner, do some wall push-ups
*When a commercial comes on television, try to do two plank exercises
As the saying goes: "Use your time wisely!"

When you get to a plateau, think of it as a landing on the stairway to your goal. And maintenance is a lifelong plateau, so a bit of "rehearsal" for maintenance isn't the worst thing in the world
